Sunday was REALLY nice!
I am trying to get used to the idea that we PROBABLY will be changing churches,,,,,
We have been at this little country church for about 3 years now,,,,,but there's just some things going on that we dont agree with,,,,,,We are without a full time pastor and have been for some time. We have an Interim Pastor who we absolutely LOVE but because of health reason, he doesnt want full time,,,,,,but he said he would stay as long as we needed him,,,,,SO,,,,,,The Pulpit committee announced they would just stop looking!!!! I am not happy with my daughter's Sunday School teacher,,,,,she is young and I was SHOCKED when I saw her MY SPACE page,,,,,its not good! and she's teaching my daughter??,,,,,,,,
I know all churches have their own set of problems,,,,but this church we visited yesterday has Chidren's Church and Children's Choir and Handchime Choir for kids and AWANA. I am not saying this will be THE church,,,,,but we are going to visit a few more times,,,,,,,,
ANYWAY to continue on from what I was writing yesterday,,,,,,,,,
We went to Sun morning service,,,,,,,,,my husband kind of "bonded" with the Pastor of this church while they were on this Mission Trip. SO He asked Chris to come back again last night and give his testimony. We had a nice time,,,,,met alot of people. They were warm and friendly. Sunday nights are usually always more "laid back" than Sunday mornings(at any church!)
