Have YOU ever had One Of those Days??
I must say I am blessed and I dont have too many of those!
But I Sure had one today!!! UGH!
and you know, the thing is,,,,,,out of all the things that happened today, none of those things were BIG things. They were just small things,,,,,,
But I just couldnt take it any more!
I left work early and took a 1/2 vacation day,,,,,then I came home. I was fixing me something to eat and I burned my hand and that was the last straw! I stood there and cried,,,,,,,,,,,,,
My husband kept telling me to go lay down and so thats what I did!!!!
and it helped "some",,,,,,,
I like my job and this year, more than ever, I am VERY THANKFUL for my JOB!!!!! I am very thankful that I HAVE a job!!!
But I just couldnt take it today,,,,,,,,Customer Problems,,,,,,,Negativity all around me,,,,,,,What seemed like CHAOS all around me, Plus I have a work-problem hanging over my head right now,,,,,,,I just plain COULD NOT TAKE IT! Not TODAY!
All kinds of thoughts came to mind:
**Steph, you dont have it so bad, stop complaining!
**Other people out there have BIG problems--yours are so small!
**Turn it all over to the Lord--Just let it go!
**You are tough, you can handle this!
Yeah, all that sounds real good,,,,,,,,but those are words,,,,,,,it is a whole other story putting those words into ACTION!
Lots of Scripture verses came to mind also,,,,,,,
**Count it all JOY when you fall into various trials
**Fear not for I am with thee
**Come unto me all ye who are weary and heavy laden and I will give you rest
**And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever............
One more thing,,,,,,Sunday was SO NICE! We had a Wonderful Day in the Lord at Church,,,,,I have written before about being on the Mountain on Sunday and then on Monday, you have to come back down to reality,,,,,,and today it was just too hard,,,,,I couldnt do it!
Lord, I am sorry about today,,,,,,tomorrow I will try my best, with your help to do better!

Ugh! I'm sorry you had such a poopy day! I do hope the rest of your week has gone better! I hate days like that. You just feel like throwing in the towel! Luckily, I don't have to deal with customers anymore, but I remember how that was. I'm just not sure I could work with the public again! Hang in there! :) Loveya!
