We just got back from the YEC in Macon! YEC stands for Youth Evangelism Conference! There were probably 5000-6000 people there? Most of them were teenagers!
It was LOUD-WILD-CRAZY-FUN!!!!
We had a GREAT time!!
I was raised in Church and in a Christian School,,,,,But our worship was NOTHING like this!!! WOO HOO!
We were lifting our hands and our voices and we were ROCKING for JESUS! Its all for HIS glory!Now, THAT WAS PRAISE AND WORSHIP!!!!
Hey, The Bible says "Make a joyful Noise,,,,,,"
(We weren't ALLOWED to do anything like that where I came from!)
The verse they focused on this year was SO powerful,,,,,,,,,
Heb. 12:28-29
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.
For our God is a consuming fire.
