I cant sit here tonight and blog without mentioning EASTER and what its all about!!!
I shouldnt have a picture of the cross here,,,,,even tho it IS an empty cross,,,,,,,,What I SHOULD have is a picture of an EMPTY tomb!
THATS WHAT EASTER IS ALL ABOUT!!!
I have heard some things recently on Christian radio that touched my heart,,,,,,
The late Adrian Rogers spoke of Jesus rising again like a butterfly coming out of its coccoon!! He spoke of what it would be like now IF Christ was still in that tomb!
One man spoke of the Resurrection and said "as Jesus was on that day of resurrection, so He is today!"
It made me think of a song I heard once,,,,,,,Christ died on the cross and he was put in that tomb beaten and bloody and battered,,,,,,but HE AROSE VICTORIOUS, TRIUMPHANT. and when we see HIM, He won't be battered and bruised,
HE will be KING!
