I've really enjoyed my time off,,,,,It is going by FAST but I am not going to dwell on that!
In my living room I have a hummingbird feeder right at the window!
I have enjoyed watching the hummingbirds!!
Remember, they are VERY territorial,,,,So I have one in particular who gets a drink at the feeder, and then she will go and perch on a nearby limb. She sits there and "guards" the feeder. If another hummer comes to the feeder, she dive bombs them! LOL
At my bathroom window, I can sit there and watch her on her "perch".
From there I have a "bird's eye view"! I LOVE IT!
I did NOT take this picture I have posted! I WISH I HAD! (This is a male hummer,,,,,the one I am watching is a female!) I dont not have a camera that could capture such a picture, UNFORTUNATELY! But SOMEDAY I AM GOING TO HAVE ONE!!! I want to take some CLOSE UP PICS of the birds in my yard!!!!!
