Church Bulletin Board--Summer

I am running behind as usual,,,,,But this was the Church bulletin board I did for this past Summer,,,,Just wanted to share,,,,,

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. II COR. 5:17

Summer Sky

All of the sudden I am sort of "obssessed" with the SKY!

It can just be SOOOO Beautiful!

I'm sorry but no one can convince me that beauty like that just "happened", "by chance".

It has to be the artwork of our Almighty Creator!!

Anyway, I look at pictures like these and I cant help but think of a certain song:

We Shall Behold Him

The sky shall unfold, preparing His entrance;

The stars shall applaud Him with thunders of praise.

The sweet light in His eyes shall enhance those a waiting,

And we shall behold Him then face to face.

VACATION

This week is the first week that my daughter is our of school for summer vacation!
I am on vacation this week!
My parents are here visiting this week!

My husband and I are going thru some "stuff" right now,,,,,It is nice to have my parents here. We are not discussing any "problems" while they are here. We are just enjoying our time with them and with our daughter! We are "taking a vacation" from everything right now!

Yesterday was Memorial Day,,,,,we were all lazy all day! It was NICE!! The weather has been surprisingly Pleasant this week. So we have spent alot of time outside. Last night we shot off Fireworks!

Today, we girls went shopping for the day! Then we met up with the guys and went out for supper. We came home and spent some time outside. Then after dark we came in and made some PEACH ice cream!!! YUM-YUM

Don't know what we will do tomorrow! NO PLANS! =o)

I have to include these verses right here,,,,,,They "apply" right now,,,,,,I need to read them over and over everyday!!!!! I should memorize them!
Mat 6:25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
Mat 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

Mat 6:30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Mat 6:31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
Mat 6:32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Mat 6:34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
